
Ana Filipa Fernandes
Ana Filipa Fernandes has a degree in Geology in the field of Natural Resources and a master’s degree in Environmental Geology, Geological Hazards and Spatial Planning from the Faculties of Sciences of the University of Lisbon (FCUL).
Developed laboratory work at FCUL in the Department of Geology in the area of sedimentology. Currently collaborates with Instituto Hidrográfica da Marinha Portuguesa in the areas of coastal dynamics and sedimentology, through participation in the scientific research project – “SANDTRACK”.
She participated in national congresses and is currently interested in deepening his knowledge of climate change, as she intends to attend a PhD in this scientific area.
She has been part of the Executive Committee of APECS Portugal since February 2021.
