Carolina Viceto is a meteorologist, having her master degree in Meteorology and Physical Oceanography from University of Aveiro. Her thesis focused on the climate change in the Iberian Peninsula.

   Nowadays, she is a Physics PhD student in the University of Aveiro in collaboration with two German institutions. Her dissertation focuses on the influence of atmospheric rivers in Arctic precipitation in present and future climate.

   She is a member of the executive committee of APECS Portugal since January 2019.
