Márcia Dias has a degree in Biology from the Faculty of Science and Technology of the University of Coimbra (FCTUC). This year (2023), she pretends to start her master’s degree in Marine Biology.

   Her main areas of interest are environmental sustainability and marine biodiversity conservation, together with the study of climate change.

   She has been part of the Executive Committee of APECS Portugal since February 2023.
