Mariana Molinari is a biologist with a degree from the Faculty of Sciences of the University of Porto. She is currently studying for a master’s degree in Marine Sciences – Marine Resources at the Abel Salazar Biomedical Sciences Institute. She is passionate about science and making a difference, motivated to learn and open up new horizons. She has a personal interest in polar marine ecology, particularly the conservation and behavior of animals, associated with climate change. She has been a member of the APECS Portugal Executive Committee since 2024.
